Just in time for the summer, a consumer survey did a study on the "Fitness Trends of Summer 2014". The study reveals that more than half of active American adults described their physical activity level as either “high” or “very high”. According to the survey, nearly 70% of those respondents believe that Zumba classes have a marginally higher benefit than other exercises.
